prawn Fingerlicking prawns - Another simple prawn recipe for the amateur chef in all of us. Try using defferent flavours of bacon to bring out different flavors with the prawns. I might add a nice glass of white wine to compliment this dish.

Ingredients to make Fingerlicking prawns

a few strips of bacon

250 g of queen size prawns (0.55 pounds, 0.039 stone, 8.81 oz)

1/2 lemon, juice extracted

200 ml sweet chili sauce (1/2 cup 5 tablespoons)

100 ml white wine (3/4 cup)

30 ml butter or margarine (2 tablespoons)

salt and pepper to taste

Directions to make Fingerlicking prawns

Step 1:Clean the prawns.
Step 2:wrap the bacon around the whole prawn.
Step 3:Place in a greased baking pan.
Step 4:Mix the rest of the ingredients.
Step 5:Pour over the prawns.
Step 6:Bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees C (360 deg F).
Step 7:Serve with steamed rice, pasta and a fresh salad
